Customer Satisfaction Policy
Our customer satisfaction policy is to maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing world class support. SMC pledges that a qualified support personnel will contact you within 1 hour of request of support if within the operating hours. The support staff will maintain regular communications to keep the customer informed of the status. A support manager will review the progress closely and make escalation decisions and allocate staff as necessary to provide a resolution within 48 hours. SMC support operating hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM Pacific Time.
